Our Story

Seth Cope is the founder of C3 Construction, Inc.  He and his wife have been married for nine years and have been blessed with three wonderful children.

He has a well-rounded background in both banking and construction.  Through his banking experience, he held such positions as fraud analyst and then moved on to handle loans and closings.  Since then he has been involved in projects of all sizes including home and hotel renovations and new hotel construction, turnkey from conceptual to open.

Throughout his experiences, Seth’s Christian faith led him to believe that sound business practices such as integrity, determination, perseverance and discipline should not just be ways of the past, but today’s industry standards.

Seth formed C3 to meet the demands for a contractor who is honest and will "do the right thing."  Today, C3 operates on those very principles.
